Positive: Once we eventually gained access to our room, it was very clean with a large comfy bed, and nice en-suite. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Central location. Negative: Entry code for our room hadn't been sent. It was Sunday with no contact info. I looked up the original information for the accommodation and used the phone number ( thank goodness someone answered, and sent me the code) we lost about an hour gaining access.

Positive: Excellent location in the very centre. 5 mins from the castle, 2 mins to the river, coop right next to it. Very nice and spacious room with a kettle. The shared kitchen was clean and contained all that one might need, including coffee, tea and creams. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Location Negative: WiFi didn’t work

Perfect Positive: Very clean and perfect location after nightout. 2 mins walk from pub and another pub just across the street Negative: Stairs
